Project Description:Vallier Design Associates, Inc. was selected by the West Contra Costa Unified School District (WCCUSD) as the Master Landscape Architect for Measures D, J and M renovation of all District elementary, junior, middle and high schools. Design
and renovation decisions were based on issues of aesthetics, safety, and durability creating final designs, sensitive to both the construction budget and the long term maintenance costs of
existing and renovated improvements. The practical elements of the project are balanced with the need to provide quality learning environments for the District’s students.
Vallier Design Associates, Inc. served as the Landscape Architect of Record for the following projects under Measure D, J and M
