Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Softscape design works
- Preparing planting plans / drawings for Design Development and Softscape Working Drawing packages
- Implementation of tender documents and tender evaluation
- To attend / arrange site meetings and inspections during Construction Period
- To attend / arrange site inspections during Defects Liabilities Period
- Final account documentation
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Horticulture or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience
- Excellent knowledge of tropical and sub-tropical plant materials and experienced in Planting Design
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Word and Excel
- Manual graphic and illustrative skills desired
- Highly motivated and able to work independently or as a team
- Must be mature, well organized, confident and hardworking with a pleasant disposition and strong interpersonal skills
- Willing and able to occasionally travel overseas
